Zane McCormack is a resilience coach, speaker, and founder of The Assured Man. His mission is to help professional men and individuals avoid and beat burnout.
Zane is a former police officer, who was part of a Search and Rescue police team in his area which was dedicated to finding missing people, often people in mental health crisis, when he had a mental health crisis himself. He left the police after 16 years due to this burnout from stress. He has used his experiences to help others by starting his own coaching practice around resilience.
