James Reeves is an Author, Coach, Teacher, and Trainer. He is a world-leading teacher and was the first in Europe to deliver iRest Yoga Nidra teacher training courses, a research-backed programme based on the ancient teachings of Yoga Nidra. James makes the teachings relevant and accessible for modern day living and shows how the healing benefits of the practice can apply to us all.
As a coach, James offers a course called The Awakened Leader which is a Deep Rest & Resilience Program for Leaders, CEO’s, Executives and Entrepreneurs. He also offers mentoring, 1:1 coaching and deep rest sessions.
James is the co-author of the Book of Rest, published by Harper Collins. The book tells invites us to ‘find calm in a chaotic world’. It describes rest as ‘a doorway to your internal anchor – one that can always be found and remains accessible regardless of external events.'
